We at Grendox Dachshunds feel that the welfare of our puppies is of the utmost importance.  Therefore, we strive to match the perfect puppy to the perfect home.  Please don't be offended if we ask you a lot of questions. We include a 12 month guarantee from life-threatening genetic defects with each puppy, and if for some reason the new owner is unable to keep his/her puppy, we will always have a home for the dog for life. 

     

Deposit:
We require a minimum $200-$500 (depending upon purchase price)  deposit to hold the puppy of your choice. This deposit is your guarantee that I will not place the puppy of your choice with someone else. This deposit also serves as my guarantee that you will be purchasing the puppy specified, therefore the deposit is non-refundable. Deposit is only refundable if a puppy is not available for you. You will be notified when your puppy is ready to come to its new home.  Our puppies must be at least 8 weeks old to ship; however, I will not ship until I feel the puppy is ready. We will also continue their vaccinations and deworming while they are with us. If you have not made arrangements to pick up your puppy, we will assume that this puppy will be available for others.

Payments:
We are willing to work with you on most payment arrangements, just let me know what you have in mind. We recommend 1/2 the total price paid by 3 weeks of age and full paid by 6 weeks of age. I prefer to have the puppy paid in full by the time he is 6 weeks old. We accept personal checks, money orders, and all major credit cards thru Paypal. (Paypal for deposit ONLY!) If you choose to pay your deposit with Paypal, be sure to include the 3% surcharge. This is the fee we are charged by Paypal. To pay your deposit via Paypal, click on the pawprint at the bottom of this page.  The balance must be paid by money order, cashiers check,  personal check, or cash. All personal checks must clear my bank prior to picking up, or the shipping of your puppy. We do not accept checks for final payment when coming to pick up your puppy. In this case either cash or money order will be best. All puppies remain at our home until completely paid for.

Pricing:
Our puppies are priced depending on the color, coat and gender you are interested in and also if you are interested in a pet only, or for breeding/showing (upon prior approval ONLY).  All our puppies are AKC registered.  A puppy sold with limited registration will have AKC papers, but is sold on a pet basis only. This means that there are no breeding/show rights.  We offer limited for a lesser price, with a spay/neuter contract.  The AKC papers will be provided upon proof of spay/neuter.
